Well it's E3, and I actually started putting together a bunch of stuff that I found interesting, but then so much news started pouring in I couldn't keep up. So I may finish that post later, but for now we have a weeks worth of updates to drop.
On Tuesday we got our first E3 update. Giving us some trailers for various games talked about during Sony's keynote, as well as Super Stardust HD add-on, Rock Band songs and the Video Download service.
On Wednesday they gave us the first part of the keynote presentation showing how LittleBigPlanet can be a great game as well as a replacement for PowerPoint. (Take that Microsoft!) Along with other videos there were wallpapers, themes, and an app to help those Fantasy football fans to manage their leagues.
Today we get a PSone Classic, new PSN puzzle game, PSP game, and a host of other videos. All in all, 3 days straight of something nice to keep us up to day or give us something else to play with. This of course doesn't the Burnout Paradise update last week and the Warhawk v1.4 release this week. Awesome week for PS3.
Since there are so many things dropped this week I'm going to include the PlayStation.Blog links. Basically I'm too lazy to gather all of them from several different sources. Sue me!

Add-Ons
Super Stardust HD Team add-on is now "officially available at the PS Store. As I've commented, I saw it the night v2.40 released and haven't seen it since. This droppe don Tuesday night and I've had some time with it. Ship editor is pretty bad - to the point of why is it even in there. However the multiplayer split screen is a nice touch to add more multiplayer fun to it. I just wish it was online play as well.
When I saw there was Rock Band DLC at the Day 2 E3 Update I thougth we'd have several songs every day of the week. As it turned out it was only Tuesday that received new songs, but it's still a pretty good chunk for just one day.
Demos
Elefunk is the new PSN game released today. Game has a very simple style and almost seems like it's targeted towards a younger demographic however the logic required for the game may be above the "kiddie demographic." Game starts out with a kids book like montage showing how all the elephants were nabbed and flown off in a plane. As the lone pacaderm remaining, you set out on the task of fiding all your friends. Along the way there are places that are difficult to pass, so you have to build a bridge to allow passage. Each level seems to have a certain number of pieces available to complete the job, and you're scored on how fast it took you to get your elephant to the other side as well as how much money you had left. It's only $4.99, doesn't support trophies as of yet, and seems enjoyable but I'm not nearly as excited about it as the folks at the PlayStation.Blog were. Perhaps if it had Trophies I would have bought it already... what can I say, I'm addicted to Trophies.
NARUTO: Ultimate Ninja Storm Playable Demo was available with July's Qore update and now it's available to those who didn't buy Qore. Style in the demo is a lot like commercials I've seen for games and cartoons. I've never seen one of the cartoons and even after background for the game and the cartoon I'm not inclined to, however this game could turn out to be a nice fighter. 3d on the "small" level provided in the game but you can move pretty easily around it. I'm not the greatest at fighting games, but the demo was enjoyable.
Games
The original Rayman is now available for play on your PS3 and your PSP. I own the first one, and my sister played it the most. It was frustrating and fun all at the same time. If I didn't already own the PSone version, or wasn't already in mint condition I would buy this.
Elefunk can be purchased from the PS Store or from the Store menu in the demo. Only $4.99, but I'll pass until I hear they added Trophy support.
STAR TREK: Tactical Assault is available for $19.99 and I can't seem to find much in the way of information about it. Now provided I haven't really looked all that hard, but it wasn't a former UMD game from what I can find. So it must have been set for the PSN all along.
Fantasy Football: Draft Day Application showed up on Wednesday night and I was surprised. It's a free app that seems to allow you to use your PS3 to manage a fantasy league. I've never done a fantasy league for anything and have no interest in doing so, but I mentioned it to a friend and I'll have to wait to see if he uses it or if it's useful. In the event that he comments to me about it I'll revisit this one.

Starship Troopers 3: Marauder Trailer - The first one was good only because of Doogie Houser and the propaganda clips. 2nd one was a pretend suspense horror, and this one just looks like a waste of whatever it was recorded on.
Themes
Elefunk Theme has a decent background but most of the icons couldn't even be linked to the game even after having played it. No sounds at all, and pretty much the default icon for Trophies. I was hoping somebody would do something cool for this icon.
Resistance 2 PS3 Theme has a really sweet looking background but just basic colored icons, no sounds at all, and still no special love for the Trophy icon. This would have been a great background to offer up instead.
PixelJunk Eden Wallpaper shows off the style of the game with it's simple graphics, vibrant colors, and shows off the cool looking Eden logo in the right hand corner. I saw some place a July 31 release for this, and I can't wait.
MotorStorm Pacific Rift Wallpaper shows of some of the amazing detail they're putting into this game. The first game was enjoyable at first but the crashes then got annoying. I hope the second game improves on that part of the game so you can enjoy the insane crashes but not get mad that it takes so long you can easily go from 1st to last place because it takes 30 seconds to recover from a crash.
Siren Wallpapers this week are some of the best horror based wallpapers they've made available. I still don't feel they're suited for background usage, but they are done well.
